“Il Castagnone”, excellent restaurant with regional cuisine, inside the hotel, was founded in 1972 and is still run by Gabbarini’s family, traditional caterers. The cuisine, all signed by Chef Giorgio Conti, have the right blend of tradition and innovation.
The main bright Sala Diana, with its 220 seats, is the perfect choice for special occasions, banquets and weddings.
Through the main room you can reach the wonderful Terrace on Lake Nemi, which during the summer time is the ideal setting for romantic dinners.
Two other rooms are part of the restaurant, the Sala Minerva with its 180 seats and the Sala Taverna with its 50 seats and its rustic style.
